Who Can Make a Referral:
- Submit a Referral Form – Complete our online referral form or contact our team directly by phone or email.
- Initial Review – Our intake team will review the referral to assess eligibility and determine availability.
- Follow-Up & Interview – A Dove of H.O.P.E. representative will contact the individual or referring agency to gather additional information.
- Placement & Orientation – Approved residents are welcomed into a safe, structured environment with access to supportive services through our partnership with J.A.C. Unlimited, Inc. and Prosperity Path.

- Be at least 18 years of age
Applicants must be legal adults capable of independent living.
- Have a stable and consistent source of income
Income may include employment, disability benefits, retirement, or other verifiable means that ensure the ability to meet financial responsibilities.
- Be independent in daily living skills
Residents must be able to manage their own day-to-day needs — including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal care — without staff assistance.
- Be able to live respectfully in a shared community setting
Residents are expected to demonstrate courtesy, cooperation, and respect for others within the home.
- Agree to follow all house rules and program guidelines
This includes maintaining a weapon-free, drug- and alcohol-free environment, participating in check-ins as required, and respecting the safety and integrity of the home.
